This personality types like to lead. The Bear is good at making decisions and is very goal-oriented. They enjoy challenges, difficult assignments, and opportunity for advancement. Because bears are thinking of the goal, they can step on people to reach it. Bears can be very aggressive and competitive. Bears must learn not to be too bossy or to take charge in other’s affairs. This personality likes to be organized. Beavers believe there is a right way to do everything and they want to do it exact that way. Beavers desire to solve problems, and take their time to do it right. Beavers’ can be seen by others a perfectionist. Beaver

5 Squirrel Squirrels are very social creatures. This personality loves to be around people. They enjoy being popular and influencing and motivating others. Squirrels can sometimes be hurt when people don’t like them. Squirrels usually have lots of friends, but no deep relationships. They love to goof off, and when given a task will rush through it.

6 Dog Dogs are good at making friends and are loyal. They can be very sensitive and look for security. Because they are caring personalities, Dogs have deep relationships, but only with a select group of friends. Dogs desire appreciation and work best in a limited situation with a steady work pattern. Dogs have a difficult time making decisions.

7 Strengths and Weaknesses
Bear: Their directness gets the job done, but they don’t understand that that same directness can hurt others. Beaver: Their discipline is needed to keep things in order, however they need to learn how to be flexible. Squirrel: Their people oriented nature brings people together, but they are unreliable and have a difficult time following through with tasks. Dog: Their nurturing attitude brings healing and peace to relationships, however they need to learn to be more assertive and decisive.
