Please be aware of the session times. Staff are busy setting up and briefing on new children before sessions and clearing up and evaluating after sessions. Late collections cost the charity upwards of a pound a minute .In the case the of an emergency, please do not hesitate to ring the session number – Delays can happen.
Please note this form is a booking request form and you may not be guaranteed all of the dates you request.
Please ensure that all children have a spare set of clothes, including underwear. Some of the play opportunities will involve water and the children may enjoy getting messy. We do have towels on site.
If there are any changes to your child's health, wellbeing, medication or diet, please inform us before the session begins so that we can ensure they are happy, comfortable and safe. Registration forms must be up-to-date and are reviewed regularly
