The State Library has a large collection of databases and registering with them will give you access for two years.

4. Register for free access to databases
If you wish to use this service you will need to:
be a resident of South Australia - the service is not available to interstate or overseas users
enrol in person at the State Library or fill in this form online
provide identification with proof of current address at the State Library within ONE month of submitting the online registration form
undertake to use this service in a private capacity and at a place of residence; no use is allowed from a workplace or for work-related purposes.
