1 Treatment of injured players

2 Play is allowed to continue for slight injuries
Play is stopped if Ref considers injury serious Ref questions injured player Ref authorises trainer(s) to come onto field Player not allowed treatment on field Player must leave the field with trainer Player may only return to field after the match restarted and with Refs permission

3 An injured player returning to the field may only re-enter the field from the touchlines if the ball is in play If the ball is out of play he may re-enter from any of the boundary lines The referee alone is authorised to to allow an injured player back on the field If play was not otherwise stopped or injury not caused by a breach of the laws the game is restarted with drop ball The referee allows the full amount of time lost through injury at the end of each period

If a GK and opponent are both injured in ther same incident then both may be treated on the field

Play should be stopped immediately and the trainers summoned onto the field After being assesed players should leave the field for treatment when it is safe to do so

15 Player bleeding from a wound must leave the field

16 Any player bleeding from a wound must leave the field of play immediately.
The player may only return when authorised by the referee who must check that bleeding has stopped and is suitably covered. Players uniforms with blood on should be changed or at the very least rinsed thoroughly The 4th official may assist the ref in the player returning to the field
