2 British Library Direct
Header text here... British Library Direct A rolling archive of the last five years of our most popular journals 20,000 titles Over 9 million articles and conference papers Instant downloads and free abstracts (where available) 2 hour, 24 hour and standard service Credit card ordering Initially aimed at the corporate researcher …but now available to any end user. Most of you are probably aware of the Electronic Table of Contents data (ETOC) – available through either our Inside* subscription service or free at point of access within the HE, FE and NHS as Zetoc*. You can search at article and conference paper level across our top 20,000 journals and c100,000 conferences from 1993 to present day. * ** It is also available on subscription as Inside – same database, but management control with password access. Offers current awareness and online document ordering, budgetary control, statistics etc. British Library Direct is a sub-set of this data - the last five years’ worth giving access to over 9 million citations. For anyone familiar with Inside or Zetoc – the differences between them and BL Direct are - Journal titles only, no conference proceedings, no alerts, no diary searching. A service for NON-REGISTERED CUSTOMERS, e.g. end-users or private researchers. Only CFP at present plus payment is by credit card - there is no way to tie payment into a BLDSC account. We hope to offer a Library Privilege version of BL Direct at a later stage – we are currently in negotiation with the publishers. Customers find it very useful as a free searching tool, to find or verify references, then order through our Standard Service. Footer text here...

4 Antioxidant and cancer
Header text here... Antioxidant and cancer Basic search screen. Advanced search also available. Type in a search term. Search across complete database, including article title. If you need items immediately you can limit your search to items available for immediate download. As well as being the cheapest delivery option you are not restricted by our service hours (7.00am Mon – 4.00am Sat). Obviously you will limit your search to a smaller number of hits if you opt for EDDs only. If you don’t find the article you are looking for you can use the blank order form (linked left) which takes you onto the Article Direct order form page. Remember – if you don’t find it, it doesn’t mean to say we don’t have it! Especially in the field of report literature where many items are not catalogued. Footer text here...

5 Results page – shows 10 records at a time
