PURPOSE
Mixed Load Labels
Identifies contents of a pallet with more than one part number (referenced in "Mixed Load Label" section)
Empty Container Label
Identifies use of empty container being returned to DENSO affiliate (referenced in "Empty Containers" section)
Damaged Packaging Label
Identifies damages on containers being returned to DENSO affiliates (referenced in "Damaged Containers" section)
Lot Size Change Form
Form to be filled out when Lot Size is to be changed. Should be in addition to direct communication with PC
New/Change User ID Request Form
Used to add supplier code and create NASWEB log in ID (Referenced in "SCM Profile set up" section)
Obsolescence Claim Form
Used by supplier to submit Obsolescence Claims.
ECI Instruction Form
Used by DENSO to notify supplier of instructions that pertain to Engineering Changes.
Supplier Performance Report Form
Form sent to suppliers that contains Performance rating for suppliers over specified period of time.
