Any person mentioned in clause (a) of S.60 of the R P Act 1951 i.e.
A member of the armed forces of the union.
Members of a force to which the provisions of the Army Act,1950 (46 of 1950) have been made applicable
Members of an armed forces of a state serving outside their state
Persons who are employed under the GOI on a part outside India. E.g. Ambassadors of India.(Overseas Electors)

7. Form 12 !! Format of pb !! What is Form 12 ? Who gives Form 12 ?
Who receives Form 12 ?
When to collect Form 12 ? (Time limit to return F/12)

8. ! Form 12 !
Form 12 is the form in which you will give application for issue of PB.
Once application made by you, you have to cast your vote through PB only.
You can get form 12 : today at table no 1,2,3,4,5 along with your id cards and up till 2nd Nov 2017 till 5 o clock from the PB facilitation centre established in waiting room of SDM office.
You can deposit form 12 today at table no 6 i.e. PB help desk and today onwards at the PB facilitation centre established in waiting room of SDM office up till 2nd Nov 2017 till 5 o clock.

9. ! Form 12 ! Make sure you should deposit fully filled form 12.
While depositing form 12 you should have your appointment orders, EPIC.
Once you deposit your form 12 you will be eligible for PB and will be issued PB on 29th Oct 2017 i.e. second training at training venue & till 2nd November 2017 till 5 PM from PB facilitation centre established in waiting room of SDM office.
After 2nd Nov 2017, 5 PM Onwards neither form 12 will be received nor PB will be issued personally.
3rd Nov 2017 onwards PB will be sent by post.

Application made in Form 12 for issuance of PB at PB facilitation centre from 22nd Oct 2017 to 2nd Nov 2017 till 5P.M.
It contain 4 types of forms:-
13A, 13B,13C,& 13D
Declaration will be made by the Elector & duly attested by Attestation officer in form 13A
Issuance of PB from 29th Oct 2017 i.e. 2nd training to 2nd Nov till 5 PM. Personally & after 2nd Nov 2017 by post.
Procedure for PB
By post till 18th Dec 2017 up to 8 AM. to RO. Office.
Form 13B i.e. Casted Vote & Form 13A i.e. declaration will be put in Form 13C i.e. Cover B& sent to RO of the concerned AC.
PB Casting options
Casted PB will be put in the form 13B i.e. cover A
On 29th Oct 2017 you can cast your PB at PB facilitation center in the drop box.
30th Oct 2017 onwards till 18th Dec 2017 up to 8 AM. You can give your PB personally to the person at PB FC established in RO office or can drop in the drop box in RO office.
