1. Reviewing PAAs: Amendments

2. Click to see applications you are responsible for reviewing

3. Right-click on the Name of the PAA you would like to review and open in a new window

4. Right-click and open the PAA coversheet in a new window

5. Review the body of the PAA coversheet
Click to access links to any attachments included with the coversheet
Click to compare to actual changes made in the application

6. Click to view changes made in the body of the application

7. Select the lowest version number to see all changes made to the application
Pages that have been edited will appear in this drop down box. Select each page to view the amended sections on that particular page
Please note: Changes to documentation will show in pink highlight

8. Click to close & return to the PAA homepage when finished reviewing the amendments
Amended Sections
Changes/Additions are highlighted in yellow
Previous entries are highlighted in pink
Deletions are shown as being crossed out

9. Click to record your review comments

10. Enter your comments in this text box
Click “Ok” when complete

11. Your comments will be filed under the Correspondence tab and viewed by other committee members and the REBA
