5. LC- Low Cost Rotalube Lubrication systems supplied in a kit.
Installation .
Mount the LC Lubrication pump onto the bracket provided.
Connect the air supply, air supply to be manually controlled by an
on/off isolation valve or electrically by solenoid valve. The Solenoid
valve could be controlled by a controller or machines PLC. Solenoid
or manual ball valve are not included in the kit. Ensure the air is off
at this point.
Mount the Rotalube onto the chain , detailed in the Installation section
The applicator must be no further than 2M from the lubrication pump.
4. Simply connect the feed line that is attached to the pump to the
Rotalube inlet. The inlet is 6mm OD push in .
Fill the Reservoir with recommended oil as detailed in on Page 7 .
Once the pump has oil in the reservoir and the filler nipple sealed
allow regulated air supply to the pump. The air pressure must be less
than 20PSI. The system will take approximately 1-2 minutes to prime
and then the feed pattern can be seen at the Rotalube applicator.
Should the air oil feed from the applicator be too much –reduce
the air pressure into the pump. Each application will have its own
optimum air pressure requirement and this will be anywhere between
5 and 20 PSI

6. Installation of the Applicator .

RotaLube Applicators –
It is vital that the RotaLube Applicator is installed by following these instructions. Failure to adhere to the following will result in the RotaLube Applicator not functioning correctly .
Each RotaLube applicator has an exterior indication of the position for correct installation identified by a drilled spot located directly below the two mounting holes (as shown). The RotaLube Applicator MUST be positioned on the chain with the mounting holes in a horizontal plane and the location pin pointing directly down onto the chain link/pin.
Never rest the RotaLube directly onto chain roller,
Always have the applicator mounted off the roller

7. Rotalube LC Specified Lubricants .
To Fill the LC Lubrication Pump –
Isolate the air from the pump
Remove the Filler Plug at the top of the pump head as shown
Fill with the recommended Lubricant
Lubricant supplied in 500cc bottles fitted with twist lock directional spouts.
