9 CAREER COUNSELOR Job Purpose: Career Counselors assist people with the process of making career decisions, by helping them choose a career or an education program. Job Duties: Examine client records, conduct interviews, and administer tests to gather information that assists them in helping clients choose careers. Voice over by Alex

10 HRD MANAGER Job Purpose: “Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.” Job Duties: Assumes a leadership role in the HRD department, promotes the values of HRD, in charge of overseeing training and recruitment, oversees performance enhancement, updates job duties and descriptions for all positions, maintains employee benefit programs. 11 Performance Consultant (Coach)
Job Purpose: Helps a company improve the productivity and efficiency of personnel. The consultant also engages in periodic training sessions and ensures that corporate policies conform to regulatory guidelines. Job Duties: Designs and establishes corporate goal setting strategies, creates and coordinates appropriate training sessions, and partners with the human resources department to improve existing HR policies. 12 INSTRUCTOR/FACILITATOR
Job Purpose: The purpose of this position to provide a comprehensive employability training program to the unemployed populations. The instructor/facilitator presents materials and leads and facilitates structured learning experiences. The boss (participant 2) is supposed to reply with the correct career. We will continue this activity until every career is role played.
