1 My Relaxation Book When I get frustrated or angry I need to relax.
My name is ……….. This is my special book.

2 Imagine I close my eyes. I am very still. THINK My whole body
is becoming as light as a feather. I am very still. THINK This will help me to calm down. This will help me to calm down.

3 My legs are beginning to float in the air like a feather.
I wiggle my toes. They are becoming light as a feather. They are starting to move up in the air They are no longer heavy. They start to float in the air.

4 My chest is becoming soft and light as a feather.
My tummy is becoming soft and light. I am getting lighter and lighter. It feels squishy and relaxed.

5 My body is getting lighter. I open and close my fingers.
My arms are becoming light. My fingers gently relax and float upwards.

6 Move my head slowly back and forwards.
Now my whole body is as light as a pile of feathers. My head feels light as a feather floating

7 I like feeling light and floating in the air..
I feel soft and relaxed. When I come down to the ground I wiggle my fingers and toes. My body is floating in the air.

8 I have a big stretch and open my eyes.
Now I am relaxed and calm.
