Participation of Imperfect Fungies in the Symbiotic Relations of a Lichen Mycobiont and Photobiont on the Example of Cladonia mitis and Cetraria islandica presented by supervisor of studies: I. A. Smirnov

2 Goal Tasks to examine the effect of bacteria and imperfect fungi on symbiotic relationship of the fungus and lichen determine the number of soil micromycetes from lichens and in soil under it compare the species composition of micromycetes of different types of lichens determine the relationship between bacteria and micromycetes

3 What is a lichen? lichen photobiont mycobiont ?

4 Use

5 Methods pH = 7,8 (>7 alkaline medium) Sample of soil № 1
electroconductivity 0,6mCm/cm Sample of soil №2 pH=7,3(≤7 neutral medium) electroconductivity 0,7 mCm/cm 5 4 3 2 1

6 Conclusions in lichens occur at least 3 forms of bacteria and 9 species of micromycetes in lichens dominate bacterial forms in samples dominate spore forms quantity of organisms is higher in the apical parts of the thallus in Cladonia Mitis number of microorganisms is higher than in Cetraria Islandica numbers of light-and dark-colored forms in the soil under the lichen are in equal amounts in our study were found species: Trichoderma, Penicillium, Fusarium, Aspergillus

7 Thank you for attention
