Supervisors - 2 days to respond to preferencing in writing
Selecting Officials - 2 days to review, make selections, notify employees
HR – manage administrative actions with HRSSC
Round 2 – Remaining vacancies from Round 1 – Preferencing is 7 days

Post Internal & External concurrently service wide
eCareer internal posting 15 calendar days – all career service wide
eCareer external posting 5 calendar days – Noncareer and Vets
