3 Approval Requirements
Considered to be Administrative Actions Must receive majority affirmative votes to pass Action may be taken at a meeting or via ballot

4 Appointments and Reappointments
Proposed term not to exceed 5 years Interest Category must be considered to maintain proper balance for Standards Committee Participation is reviewed Attendance at meetings Technical discussions Assisting with revisions

5 Subcommittee Appointment/Reappointment
Must be approved by Subcommittee and Standards Committee -or- Under special circumstance the Standards Committee Chair may appoint a member

6 Standards Committee Appointment/Reappointment
Member Appointment requires Standards Committee Approval -and- Supervisory Board Approval Member Reappointment requires Standards Committee Approval only if there are no recorded negatives

7 Performance Evaluation
Committee chair performs yearly review of participants performance Attendance at meetings Participation on ballots Preparation of revisions Action may be taken to correct poor performance, including termination

8 Termination Subcommittee Termination Requires
Subcommittee Approval Standards Committee Approval Standards Committee Termination Requires Supervisory Board Approval

9 Conclusion of Membership
Resignations do not need to be balloted, only reported Members whose term expires are not considered terminated Individuals may appeal if Membership has been terminated Appointment/Reappointment has been disapproved

10 Election of Officers Determination of Chair and Vice Chair
Only members with more than one year of current service are eligible Proposed term not to exceed 3 years No more that two consecutive 3-year terms in each office may be served

11 Election of Officers Secret weighted ballot issued containing all qualified and willing members Voters select three candidates in order of preference At ballot closure, the two contenders with the most votes proceed to a runoff ballot

12 Runoff Ballot Secret weighted ballot issued containing the two nominees Voters select their preferred candidate Contender with the majority is elected and sent to the supervisory committee for final approval
