FRETOC, LLC Amendment C-6 adopted as part of Ord , Comprehensive Plan Update Adopted Frederickson Community Plan policies allowing larger buildings provided there is a: Development Agreement Mitigation of impacts 176th Avenue and Canyon Road Zoning: Use Table - add note allowing for buildings up to 170,000 sq. ft. within the ES zone subject to the amended Community Plan policy requirements.
