13. Treatments There are no known treatments for Psychopathy.
A psychopath is defined by a lack of emotions, lack of feeling, and lack of empathy for others. There is no pill or treatment that can give someone the ability to empathize.
It is possible for a psychopath to understand, logically, that other people have feelings and what is socially right and wrong. But they will never feel it for themselves.
Not all psychopaths get to the point of killing, the majority blend into society or end up incarcerated for lesser crimes.
