Public عام/ حكومي He is an English teacher at public schools.

Reading, pp.68-69: Pre-reading questions: 1- What would you like to be in the future? 2- Do you think that some jobs are better than some other jobs? How? Why? 3- What do you do in your spare/free time? While Reading: the 1st paragraph: 1- How many hours does this man work? 2- Does he have any time for himself? 3- How does he communicate with his wife? 4- Is this work situation typical in your country? After reading: what do you think of this work life style?

After reading: do you prefer this work life style? Why? Paragraph 3 “Nayuha”: 1- Does Nayuha like his work life style? Why? 2- Where does his father work? 3- Why do a lot of people in Japan get ill or die? 4- Where does Nayuha work? 5- What does he do in his spare/free time? After reading: Which work life style do you prefer most? Activity 2: invite students to read the three paragraphs again and underline the correct quantifiers.
