2. Is graffiti art or crime?
It’s a bit of both because it is art and it can be crime. You can tell if its crime because it will be on walls, on the streets and in public places. Its not crime if its in you house. Graffiti has been around for many years.

3. Should the people be punished?
No the people should not be punished.
No they should not be punished because it is art but if its on out side walls then yes because it does not make the environment look good.

4. This is graffiti This is graffiti because its on a wall outside.
Its graffiti when the government don’t agree with what people do.
