Company information Since 2010 we are simplifying work using our online workspace; Workspace 365. The workspace which brings everything together and simplifies IT solutions.
Our focus is on two areas: Research & Development: Within the educational-, health care, and business market we continually monitor the needs of people. What do they need to work, to learn and to achieve their goals? What makes their job fun? And what are the biggest ICT frustrations? We do this by visiting customers, interviewing end-users, interviewing non-Workspace 365 workers and by beta testing our ideas to simplify work. After that we prioritize all the ideas and our development team will bring the best ideas into the online workspace.
Partners: To support our partners, we work in multidisciplinary teams. Together we visit customers to introduce Workspace 365 or to retrieve feedback for product enhancements. Next to this, we help define a go-to-market and train our partners commercial and technical team. This helps our partners to leverage the entire online workspace. And by working closely together with so many ICT providers we have learned about all parts which are necessary for a safe online workspace.

Within the online workspace you see the latest news, recent documents, important statistics and your favourite web- and Windows applications. You can easily access your documents from Office 365 and the file server. This allows you to work productive from any device, everything you need is a browser to access your safe online workspace. Simplify access to applications. Save time and effort for employees. By signing in only once to Workspace 365 our Clientless RDP will give access to any hosted application within one click, without having to install a client. Next to this, we can connect with Azure Active Directory (which is also able to connect with a local AD) making it possible to access your web-applications with single sign-on* (*if they are supported by Azure AD or Azure AD Premium). By using these technologies, you can also offer single sign-on to applications within Citrix XenApp. Employees don’t have to remember 20 passwords, they can simply access all their applications from their workspace.

The transition from a file server to the document system within Office 365 can be to big for many employees. Therefore, we created an intuitive user-interface on top of SharePoint, OneDrive & the file server. By doing this, people can use their documents from any device with the local or online editors, without the need of a training.

Within Office 365 they try to push you to the online Office apps. We understand that people still like to use the local Office editors; also for your recent documents. We also use this trend within Workspace 365. Within the online workspace you quickly get an overview on everything you need. This is set up within minutes as we connect with your existing services like RSS-feeds, SharePoint, Exchange or Power BI.

Because these two items are probably important for you business as well I’d like to shortly share why they chose for Workspace GGZ Friesland: The transition to Office 365 was a struggle, there where many questions on the usage of SharePoint.
