3. The Swope annual holiday food drive begins today. 
Please bring a non-perishable item to your enrichment class. 
Let’s join together to help families in need!

4. The Swope Holiday food drive has started.
We are collecting non-perishable food items to be brought into your enrichment class
Any and all donations are extremely appreciated.

5. Listen Up Teachers & Students
We are having a Door Decorating Contest
Information and rubric for all Enrichment Classes will be ed and placed in Teacher Boxes today
Start thinking about ideas for your door!

6. Holiday food drive - cans for fines
Bring a non-perishable item to the library and I will erase your library fine.
One can = one book fine
This doesn’t cover books that are lost or damaged.
See Ms. Lester for more information

7. Calling all Harry Potter Fans!
The Quibbler: A Harry Potter book club will begin meeting on Monday’s during 7th grade lunch in N-4.
Our first meeting will be TODAY

8. Intramural schedule:
This Week Dec. 4 – 8  our activity will be dodgeball - sign up and turn your form in – we are only taking 8 teams.
Next two Weeks from Dec 11 through Dec 21 Volleyball  - we are only taking 12 teams

9. Attention 8th graders.
As a reminder, if you are planning on applying for a signature academy, the applications are now available on the Washoe County School District website.
You have until January 1st to submit your applications.

10. Calling all 8th graders interested in Red House at Reno High School:
Reno High School Red House Project
Open House is tomorrow, Tuesday, Dec. 5th from 5:30pm - 7pm
Please join us and hear all about our tracks and classes, meet our instructors, see our facility and interact with our current Red House Project students.
