19 ServerView – INTEGRATE VMware vCenter and vRealize
VMware vCenter Server Event Management Fujitsu CIM Provider creates an indication if a problem occurs and sends it to the subscribed destination. ServerView vCenter Service receives the indication and sends an event to vCenter. The event is then displayed in the Web Client of the Event manager. Events with severity warning and error will create an alarm, but user has to configure actions triggered by alarms, e.g. putting the system into maintenance mode. User can request the host to send a test event. PRIMERGY specific events are managed by VMware vCenter ServerView – INTEGRATE VMware vCenter and vRealize Run Fujitsu servers in heterogeneous environments with full investment protection.
