For Centre Jean 23: Get down at Pesse ( Bus No. 2) and get down at IUT (Bus No. 4)
Last bus from Annecy Station to Campus leaves at 8.00PM !

Noctibuses run on weekdays from 8.30pm-1.00am except on Sundays and public holidays

Reception is open till 7pm.
From 7pm onwards use entrance code 9876
Participants staying in shared rooms, please leave your room key at the reception or coordinate with your roommate.

7. LAPP Entrances Main entrance is accessible with badge only.
Main entrance will be open from ~8:45 to ~9:00
For rest of the time, you can ring the reception.

9. Lunch Arrangements University Restaurant. 5 mins walk from LAPP.
Lunch will be served against your School badge.

Grande Galerie on the Ground Floor.
Post coffee break, please try to settle down in the classrooms on time.

Tomorrow – Social Dinner on La Libellule Cruise
What time: 8:00 to 10:30pm (back at pier). Can stay on the boat till 12:30am
How to get there: a bus will leave from LAPP at 18h45. After the cruise, this bus will leave for Jean XIII at 11:00
If you want to leave later, you can take noctibuses.
