8. How can I get help to solve the problem?
Stop the game.
Find a Peace Pal.
Say “We have a problem, we need your help”.
Find a quiet spot away from the game or group.

9. What Should Peace Pals do?
Stand in a Triangle, facing each other.
Use names. Say “Yes …. and …. How can I help?”
Listen to one point of view – no interruptions, no questions.
Listen to the other point of view – no interruptions, no questions.
Ask “What do you want to happen?”
Think of a solution. Has a rule been broken that needs to be agreed? Does there need to be an apology? Does everyone need to count to 10? Do you need to ‘Agree to Disagree’.
