Restate major points? Provide a prediction of what the situation will be like in 10 years (20, 30 whatever) if the situation does not change. Connect to a higher issue: American Ideals of Liberty, freedom, justice, hard work, fairness etc.

20 Rhetorical Sentence Structure
Parallel structure provides rhythmic flow, balances the logic of your sentences and adds information that is supplementary. (Parallel or not?) A periodic sentence contributes to restrained pacing and creates suspense. (Change?) We normally state our main clause first, this is known as a loose sentence. (Change?)
