2 ACT Ohio is the advocate for Ohio’s construction industry.
Educate state and local legislators on the importance of the Building Trades and advocate for pro- construction and pro-labor legislation statewide. Provide legal research to assist local unions in successfully bidding jobs to put Ohioans to work. Communicate best practices and promote Building Trades apprenticeship throughout Ohio.

12 Building Trades Apprenticeship Application Process
EACH trade has its own application and process Classes form once/twice per year Application must include High school diploma/GED Valid Driver’s License Must be at least 18

Application is submitted Aptitude test given Interview is completed Drug test obtained Once accepted Working with journeymen during the day Classes at night
