Grants program tips for research and applications from academics
Keep the language simple – peers are reading many applications and not all of them will be research applications Project can be up to two years – Arts Project applications can take place over two years Administration costs – universities administration fees can put peers off, keep to a minimum if possible Academic salaries – be very clear about arrangements for salaries on the project. Apply well in advance – if our grant is to be part of an ARC proposal
