3 Addiction is defined as being abnormally tolerant to and dependant on something that is psychologically or physically habit forming

4 Once caffeine enters the blood stream it only takes minutes for the caffeine to reach the entire body

5 The addiction to caffeine is more commonly known as ‘caffeine
dependence syndrome’ and thirty percent of casual users become addicted

6 Caffeine is the second most addicting drug in the world, along the sides of nicotine, heroin, cocaine, and alcohol

7 Caffeine is EVERYWHERE!
A person can become addicted with as little as 100 mg of caffeine daily Can of Soda (40-55 mg) Starbucks Coffee (350 mg) Energy Drink (250 mg) Chocolate Bar (25 mg) 11 Doritos (100 mg) Energy Shot (200 mg)
