9 What have we learned so far?
Can start where ever you are - Portugal Partnership working is key – relationship, trust, shared resources Important to keep trying to achieve real co-production and systems change – honoring partners, helping each other Hard but worth it – 66% success in the UK where national average is <7% – Over 650 full time paid jobs since 2010
