Prepare FirmwareUpgrade Utility:
C:\2860 FW\v2860_3844BT_576D17.all
Run constant ping test to LAN IP of router

16. Router FW – Upgrade TFTP
Putting Router into TFTP Mode:
Power the router on whilst pressing the Factory Reset button.
Notice in TFTP mode, the first row of three lights will be flashing simultaneously.
Release the Factory Reset button
The router will remain in TFTP mode for 90 seconds
Perform the TFTP upgrade.
