2. How to Create a Quick Survey

3. Quick Survey
Previously we created Surveys and Scorecards within a SPM Project. You do have the ability to create a survey outside the project as an independent document and is stored in your personal workspace. This is called a Quick Survey
The participants you invite to a Quick Survey can see the survey from the time you publish it until it closes. While it is open, internal participants from your company see the survey in the To Do content item on their dashboards.
Click Create, and then click Quick Survey 3

Complete the Quick Survey Form. Remember the SCC naming convention for Surveys “Supplier name, Commodity or Agreement Title, mm-dd-yyyy Survey”
Choose the appropriate template
Click Create 4

Define the survey rules 5

Add the Participants 6

Using the skills you learned on day 1 training, delete unwanted content. Edit content, pull content from the library, and create ad hoc content 7

8. Quick Survey
Review the Survey attributes and click Publish. 8

9. Quick Survey To access your Quick Surveys click Manage
Click Personal Workspace
Listed are all of the items saved to your personal workspace.
