Waiting times are high on a Monday and around lunchtimes.
Details of a move will be taken from agents or landlords if we can verify you own or manage the property.
We will not be able to apply a single persons discount upon a request from a third party.

4. Empty Property Discount
This is available for a maximum of one month for the property not per account holder.
If the tenant telephones to advise they have left the property before the end of tenancy, empty and unfurnished they will receive up to a maximum of one month discount.
When the property transfers to the landlord they will be able to claim any remaining empty discount.
We will not enter into third party disputes in respect of who should be entitled to the discount.

5. Benefits On Line
We have an on line housing benefits claim form on our website which is an electronic form that is submitted once completed.
Our on line portal provides customers with council tax and benefits view.
This benefits view is also available to landlords. You can view payments made to you and whether the claim has been suspended or cancelled.
