Musical Youth Association Las Flores was created in 1987 in the Public School Las Flores, thanks to Ms. Celia Bernal and Ms. Ana Maria Reyes.

3. A.J.M. Las Flores
There have been several directors of the Band. They were: Mr. Francisco Cobos Ortega, Mr. Francisco Martínez Santiago, Mr. Patricio Medina Gutierrez, and Mr. Pedro Chamizo Perez and Mr. Julian Godínez Lopez.

4. A.J.M. Las Flores
Ms. Silvia Olivero Anarte is nowadays the director of the Band.
The staff has 80 musicians, aged 9 to 26 years, and over 20 future musicians.

5. A.J.M. Las Flores
The Band has performed in numerous concerts, in the processional parades too. Besides it has performed for charities, concerts in the festivals, concerts in schools and high schools and besides competitions in an outside Málaga.

6. A.J.M. Las Flores
The Association has got five members Management Team and several students that collaborate with the Band. Among others there are University Graduates in Music, Graduate Diploma in Teaching, and Graduate in Pedagogy and Educational Psychology
