4. Stock Market Challenge Overall (HS/MS) Runner-up & MS Division State Champions!

5. Science Fair 61 students qualified for regionals with 19 moving on to the state competition

6. VEX Robotics Our students earned 7 medals at the Vex National Robotics Contest

7. VEX Robotics Our students took 1 st & 2 nd in the Interactivity Challenge.

8. VEX Robotics Our students took 1 st in the Rescue Robot event.

9. Future City Our team finished 6 th in the state in our first year in the competition.

10. National History Day Over the past two years 22 students have been state qualifiers

11. Each of our students sign up for Band, Choir, Strings or Informational Technology 2.0.

12. Band / Choir / Strings In addition to concerts our student perform in Arts Explosion and Arts Amore. They also are rated in individual and large group OMEA.

13. Last year both our seventh and eighth grade bands scored a Perfect 1 at OMEA.

14. OAKWOOD PERFORMING ARTS Over 35 students earned a 1 at the solo & ensemble competition at Tuslaw HS.

15. Last year both our seventh and eighth grade choirs also scored a Perfect 1 at OMEA.

16. Three students were selected as a part of the All Ohio Middle School band. All Star Musicians

17. Over 60 Oakwood students from all the art classes at Oakwood performed in our Spring Musical on April 11 – 12.
