Pre-Interview: Meeting to discuss interests, availability, skillsets and determine if we have a position to offer.
Completion of required paperwork: application, background check, reference, health questionnaire

3. Intake Process Cont. Upon Placement
Complete Health Screening Requirement
One TB skin test done at Gundersen
Submit Immunization history
Attend orientation session
Held every-other Monday morning 8:00-12:30
