The “birth” of new language mission work
The new congregation is generally a language church under English-speaking mother church
The language mission may not be necessary a “daughter” church to send out or branch out of the mother church.
The language mission is sponsored by the English-speaking church for legal and financial protection
Once the language mission constitutes into an independent church from the sponsoring church the church relationship ceases under different name.
The process of constituting the mission work into the independent church is to register as a non-profit religious organization at the Secretary of State at the State Capitol building

The sponsoring church may become responsible for the language mission work with finance to have the same bank accounts and to “loan” teachers in the beginning stage of new work.
The sponsoring church shares the church facility for the afternoon hours with either to provide stipend or to charge rent for utility
The sponsoring church overseas the activities of the new language work under the director of mission committee
The sponsoring church may have a strong tie or a loosed relationship with the new congregation.
The sponsoring church may send a team to survey the new community to start a new church

Under the pastor’s vision and leadership the mother church sends a team to plant a new branch church in the community
The team leader is the new pastor grew up from the mother church as a disciple to lead the team in a new community or out of State. The pastor of mother church ought to encourage his congregation to support the new branch church fully with salary for the pastor for one year and with trained team members.
The mother church is to trust the Lordship of Jesus Christ to send the leader(s) of the church to plant daughter churches, i.e., Antioch Church model.
The mother church focuses on disciple-making church to create a “good” soil to branch out to the ends of the earth in obedience of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8; Isaiah 54:2-3) as the family of God.
The mother church raises “homegrown” workers to do God’s work in teams for missions and church planting to experience God.
