Station Renovations ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION Full Design Const. METS / WILLETS POINT STATION RENOVATION Extend the north platform and canopy structure to accommodate 12 car trains. Improvements will include a new ADA compliant elevator, tactile warning strips, lighting and communications, and new station signage In-Progress 2Q 2015 WANTAGH STATION RENOVATION Replacement of the station platform at Wantagh, which dates back to 1968. 7 Improvements At Hicksville
ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION Full Design Const. HICKSVILLE STATION RENOVATION Hicksville Station is supported on a viaduct structure and consists of two 14-car elevated center platforms, with a ticket office at street level. Removal and replacement of the elevated platforms, replacement of the concrete stairways, replace two hydraulic passenger elevators and escalators, replace the platform waiting rooms and canopies, signage and canopy drainage. In-Progress 1Q 2015 HICKSVILLE NORTH SIDING The new north track siding shall be constructed west of the Hicksville Station between station track #1 and the existing north track siding. Approximately 3,300 feet of new track will be installed including associated signals, switches and third rail power to connect the existing north track siding in Hicksville with station track #1.T Major work elements will include new electrified track, new retaining walls, 3 track turnouts, utility relocations, and improved drainage. Description Anticipated Solicitation Preliminary Design Design Build Const MAIN LINE DOUBLE TRACK Phase 2 Farmingdale to Central Islip The entire Main Line Double Track project will consist of constructing 13 miles of second track between Farmingdale and Ronkonkoma. The Design-Build portion will be the initial civil-structural work. Construction of a second track between Farmingdale and Central Islip includes: a new station at Pinelawn, new south platform at Wyandanch, retaining walls, earthwork, underground utilities, fencing and track bed preparation. Preliminary Design In-Progress 4Q 2015 MORRIS PARK LOCO SHOP New Shop Facility in Morris Park Complete design (currently 60%) and construct new shop fit-out with employee facility and enclosed shop storage. Lay-up and repair positions for 4-Locomotives, one inspection pit, two overhead cranes, drop table and storage area. 60% Design Complete 3Q 2016 JAMAICA INTERLOCKING Jamaica Capacity Improvements – Phase 2 Design and Construction of the modifications for the E-Yard extension. Bridge Rehabilitation ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION Preliminary Design Design Build Const SPRINGFIELD BLVD BRIDGE Rehabilitation of the Springfield Blvd Bridge on the Mainline in Queens Village, to bring the bridge to a state of good repair. Elements of construction will include repairs to the girders, diaphragms and stiffeners, Also included on repairs to the deck and underdeck. In-Progress 1Q 2016 UNION TURNPIKE BRIDGE Replacement of bearings on the Union Turnpike Bridge on the Montauk Branch, Queens County. Except for the bearings the bridge was upgraded to a state of good repair in This work will complete the effort. Elements of construction will include replacement of bearings, repair to backwalls to mitigate water infiltration, and repair damaged web girder stiffeners. Also included are deck waterproofing, drainage improvements as well as local overpainting. MTA Long Island Rail Road

Bridge Replacements ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION Preliminary Design Design Build Const POST AVENUE BRIDGE Construction of a new Post Avenue Bridge, located in Westbury, Nassau County. Elements of construction will include the replacement of the two bay structure with a three bay structure, installation of new catwalks with railings. In addition the abutments, wingwalls, and other structures necessary to support the new three bay bridge will be rehabilitated. In-Progress 1Q 2016 BUCKRAM ROAD BRIDGE Construction of a new Buckram Road Bridge, located in Locust Valley, Nassau County on the Oyster Bay Branch. Elements of construction will include the replacement of the three span structure. Also being investigated and designed is a new roadway alignment which will address substandard features including: hazardous vehicle line of sight angles, vertical under clearance, lane width and pedestrian accessibility as well as track alignment on the new bridge structure. Description Anticipated Solicitation Design Const JAY INTERLOCKING MODIFICATIONS Jamaica Capacity Improvements Phase 2 The Jay Interlocking including track work, switches, signals, infra structure modifications in order to increase parallel moves and train capacity through Jamaica Station. In-Progress 1Q 2017 MURRAY HILL STATION ELEVATORS Murray Hill Station - Elevators Furnish and install two elevators at the station to address ADA compliance as per recent FTA mandate. Modify existing retaining walls to receive elevator at platform level, provide machine rooms, electrical, mechanical and communication system as required. 3Q 2016
