Intensive English Program
30 x 50 minute lessons per week 9 Levels, Beginner to Advanced 4 weeks per level Maximum class size: 15 students (Average is 10-12) The Intensive English Course is a program for serious students and is our most popular choice. Since your course is more intensive, you achieve your English goals more quickly.

Semi-Intensive English Program
20 x 50 minute lessons per week 9 Levels, Beginner to Advanced 4 weeks per level Maximum class size: 15 students (Average is 10-12) The Semi-Intensive English Course is a part-time, morning-only program for students looking for a more relaxed approach. This course allows you to strengthen your skills while leaving your afternoons free for other interests.

For the Intensive and Semi-Intensive English Programs ELS Language Centers proudly features its own textbooks. Designed to provide the special communicative curriculum you will find only at ELS Language Centers, these books are not available anywhere else. Each textbook includes up-to-date material from the best and most respected authors in the ESL field. The books are included in the cost of your program and are yours to use, write in and keep.

Executive English Programs
Super-Intensive English Program ELS Language Centers is proud to offer this challenging, full-time course. With a combination of private, one-to-one instruction and visits to places of professional interest, this is the most efficient way for you, the busy executive or professional to improve your English skills. You have a choice of 30 or 45 highly concentrated 50-minute lessons per week. Your program begins when you want and lasts for two, three, four weeks or more. English for Executives Program This course offers the best of both group and private instruction by combining 3 hours a day in the regular Intensive English Program with 3 hours a day of day of one-to-one instruction. This is a very popular program for executives or professionals in any field looking to quickly improve their English skills.

Homestay Staying with a Canadian family offers you many unique advantages to enrich your experience abroad. Homestay includes: a private, furnished bedroom three meals per day (including a packed lunch for school) ELS Language Centers’ Homestay Program places its emphasis on careful selection of appropriate accommodations. That does not simply mean finding a comfortable place to stay, but also finding sincere, caring families who take a genuine interest in the well-being and learning experience of their guest.

Activities Giving students an opportunity to use their English students outside the classroom is a very important part of our philosophy. Extra-curricular activities are an excellent way for you to practice your new skills in relaxed and natural situations, with your fellow classmates, teachers and real Canadians.

Activities ELS Language Centers schedules exciting excursions every month. Each Friday afternoon features a FREE field trip to a popular local attraction such as a museum, art gallery, park, market or beach. For afterschool and evenings we plan trips to hockey games, basketball games, nightclubs, restaurants and movies. Weekends are a great chance to get out of the city and explore Canada’s natural splendour from Niagara Falls to the Rocky Mountains.

Graduation At the end of each session, we have a graduation ceremony where leaving students receive their Certificates of Attendance and qualifying students receive their Certificates of Promotion. Then all the students join the staff for a Graduation Lunch!
