Bridge – what do we want to achieve? Build on existing best practice and opportunities for the development of and young peoples engagement in the arts and culture Connecting existing high quality opportunities and addressing gaps Contribute to the personal and creative development of children and young people Improve the quality of arts offer for children and young people Lever in additional funds in order to ensure the long term sustainability of activity for children and young people
