Collect Information People-focused stories Collecting information and people-focused stories work together. Provided 2 examples. (Dorcas gave Grace a scholarship to cover exams and licensing fees for nursing school.) Just done within the last week; give time to see results. Howard submitted several client success stories on OneDrive Told Grace’s story; added healthcare careers factoid; recognized Grace and Howard’s #good work Lydia’s employee, Nathan. Aired Friday; was about NCWorks and collaborating to help people like Nate #Goodwork done by all.

5 E-newsletter for Partners (sample)
Short blurbs; full articles housed on website Partner survey by Symbiotic asked “What do you want to know?” Answers will influence information shared to maximize engagement Using iContact to track opens and clicks Last is the partnership newsletter will be ready to go out in January, after distribution of the annual report. Partner edition and Gov’t edition will go out in January, after annual report.
