7 Short Listing A short listing procedure, 42 ===> 6 groups
Academics of local universities form the panel Blind Review – no conflict of interest Each panel member will go through all papers and each rank the best 6 papers with “1” being the top ranking The 6 groups with the highest ranking will be the semi-finalists HKICS WPC Briefing Sessions

8 Final assessment 6 semi-finalists to be assessed by the 5 judges
