3 CODO or Dual Degree Requirements
There are two ways to CODO or pursue a dual degree within Krannert: as a lower division student or an upper division student. “Lower Division” means that you have not yet completed the Management Admissions Index (MAI) or Economics Admissions Index (EAI) courses. “Upper Division” means that you have met the GPA requirements in the MAI and are prepared to begin major-related coursework.

Pre-Management, Pre-Accounting, Pre-Marketing, Pre-Finance, Pre-Supply Chain Information and Analytics, or Pre-Strategy and Organizational Management Management, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Information and Analytics, or Strategy and Organizational Management Designed for students who have not completed all MAI courses required for upper division admission. Designed for students who have completed all MAI courses. 12 credit hours earned at Purdue West Lafayette Campus Not on academic probation 2.50 overall minimum GPA MA 16010, Applied Calculus, or equivalent completed with a C- or higher Minimum C- in any completed MAI course(s) No more than three different MAI courses, or their equivalents, may be taken two times for a grade. 12 credit hours earned at Purdue West Lafayette Campus Not on academic probation 3.00  minimum GPA in MAI courses/2.50 overall minimum GPA All MAI courses completed prior to CODO Minimum of C- in all MAI and School of Management courses No more than three different MAI courses, or their equivalents, may be taken two times for a grade. Lower Division Upper Division

5 MAI Management Admissions Index 3.0 minimum GPA
*For Management, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Information and Analytics, or Strategy and Organizational Management Majors 3.0 minimum GPA MAI

6 CODO or Dual Degree Requirements
Economics and Economic Honors Pre-Economics and Pre-Economic Honors Designed for students who have completed all EAI courses. Designed for students who have not completed all Economics Admissions Index, or EAI, courses required for upper division admission. 12 credit hours earned at Purdue West Lafayette Campus Not on academic probation 2.75  minimum GPA in EAI courses/2.50 overall minimum GPA All EAI courses completed prior to CODO Minimum of C- in all EAI and ECON courses No more than three different EAI courses, or their equivalents, may be taken two times for a grade. 12 credit hours earned at Purdue West Lafayette Campus Not on academic probation 2.50 overall minimum GPA MA 16010, Applied Calculus I, or equivalent completed with a C- or higher (MA 161 or equivalent for ECON Honors) Minimum C- in any completed EAI course(s) No more than three different EAI courses, or their equivalents, may be taken two times for a grade. Pre-Industrial Management Industrial Management Designed for students who have not completed all MAI courses required for upper division admission. Designed for students who have completed all MAI courses. 12 credit hours earned at Purdue West Lafayette Campus Not on academic probation 2.65  minimum GPA in MAI courses/2.40 overall minimum GPA  All MAI courses completed prior to CODO Minimum of C- in all MAI and School of Management courses Minimum of a C- in Chemistry/Physics Requirements No more than three different MAI courses, or their equivalents, may be taken two times for a grade. 12 credit hours earned at Purdue West Lafayette Campus Not on academic probation 2.40 overall minimum GPA MA 16100/16500 or equivalent completed with a C- or higher Minimum C- in any completed MAI course(s) No more than three different MAI courses, or their equivalents, may be taken two times for a grade. Upper Division Lower Division

10 Your Next Steps… To CODO into the School of Management or pursue a dual degree, follow these steps: Step 1: CODO: Carefully read and follow the Change of Curricula process on the Purdue University Registrar’s website. Dual Degree: Review the Request to Pursue Multiple Degrees requirements and application deadline dates information. Complete the Request to Pursue Multiple Degree Programs Concurrently Form . Step 2: Review the School of Management Application deadline dates. Step 3: After reviewing this Krannert CODO or Request to Pursue a Dual Degree PowerPoint, complete the survey here. Step 4: Visit myPurduePlan.purdue.edu and use the "What If" feature to learn what classes you need to take for completing a degree.  If you are not familiar with myPurduePlan or the “What If” feature, click here to watch a short video.
