CLUB ADMINISTRATION Goals: Improve average attendance in club’s undertakings and weekly meetings at least 50-75% of members

Action Plans: For ATTENDANCE
Monitor weekly meeting attendance and publish in the weekly club bulletins. Form text/phone brigades and groupings/buddy system to drum up attendance in meetings and club activities. There should be a coordinator for the group and the Anns of the group in attendance calling Give incentives to perfect meeting attendance. Fellowship hour: 6pm-8pm preceding weekly meetings. (weekly surprises await earlybirds) Restrict official meeting from 8pm-9pm ONLY.

Action Plans: For PROGRAM
Draw up a one-year calendar of weekly meeting programs. Consider monthly RI themes in the weekly meeting programs. Rotary Information talk to new members Have variety in weekly meetings: a) A guest speaker per month b) One vocation tour per month with classification talk of the host member c) Fellowship at the end of the vocational tour. (Rotary way) d) Club Assembly and Board Meeting every month. e) Launch of multi-impact project once a month involving Rotary family members f) Status reporting of each committee chair during weekly meetings relative to the multi-impact project g) End each project launch with a fellowship and recognition of OUTSTANDING PERFORMER during the month.

Proposed Projects: VOCATIONAL SERVICE Adopt-a-school (Alternative Learning System): Donate 10 computers Book Donation (various schools/communities) Rolling Library with Rotaract Clubs of San Roque and Sibamp as implementors “Study Now, Pay Later” Scholarship Program for Call Center Agents, Welders, and Domestic Helpers Beads Making Program Donation of School Supplies to St. Hannibal School Peace and Conflict Resolution Forum Vocational Tour Classification Talk

Proposed Projects: COMMUNITY SERVICE Ensure 3-year support for Paranaque Rotary Homes Ensure 3-year support for Save Paranaque River Relaunch Project MAUI (Malusog na Anak, Una sa Ina) for the next 3 years. Beneficiaries will be the Rotary Homes community Relaunch Project MKMP (Malinis na Kapaligiran, Malusog na Pamayanan) – Trash Bins Donation in selected communities Tree Planting at Rotary Homes Community Sustain “Liter of Light” Project Pamaskong Handog 2012

Proposed Projects: NEW GENERATIONS SERVICE RYLA Involve the Youth in Club undertakings Send participants in District activities concerning Youth Support selected New Generations Service projects and activities(Team Building, Joint Induction of RACs, IACs, & RCC) Invite Youth Leaders in some of the vocational tours of RC Palanyag Paranaque Members

Proposed Projects: INTERNATIONAL SERVICE/TRF Support the Polioplus Program of TRF Use the District Simplified Grant to implement humanitarian project like Anti-TB Campaign Sign a Renewal Foreign Match Club Agreement with RC Sin Haeundae, Busan; and RC Taipei North 100% Participation of members in Annual Funds Program of TRF Attendance in RI Convention in Portugal (PDG Romy Cruz to spearhead the RCPP Team)

PUBLIC RELATIONS Goal: Enhance Rotary’s Public Image by using tri-media, social networking and internet.

Action Plans: PUBLIC RELATIONS
Rotary information campaign through tarp signages and posters about Rotary International and RC Palanyag Paranaque and its projects. Upgrade the club’s existing website to make it more informative, relevant and appealing to readers and linking it to the club’s yahoogroups, FB account and district website, among others. Concise news releases (Village News, Paranaque City Hall newspaper) on completed and ongoing club projects to create public awareness. Encourage more article contributors, especially committee chairs. Signage in the entrance gate of Rotary Homes
