Copley was established and is structured to work alongside local business owners to help make an impact on their companies. We are based in Denver and have made several investments in Colorado.

6 Partner Company Case Study
LOCATION: Centennial, CO SITUATION: Hospital Couriers Corporation (HCC) had built a national, exclusively healthcare focused transportation business, but was seeking a growth-oriented partner to provide liquidity to some existing shareholders and help lead an aggressive growth strategy through new sales and acquisition. ACTIONS: Copley executed a majority buyout of HCC, partnering with the day-to-day managers of the business. In the first three months of partnership, Copley has helped refine HCC’s sales / business development processes, redesign marketing collateral and develop a strategic acquisition strategy and process. RESULT: HCC is currently pursuing actionable organic growth opportunities and recently completed its first acquisition of a Fort Collins-based business that was sourced and executed by Copley Equity Partners.

7 Partner Company Case Study
LOCATION: Fort Collins, CO SITUATION: Madwire had built an outstanding software and service offering aimed at providing inbound digital marketing solutions to SMBs. They were growing nicely but wanted a partner to help them attack this market even more aggressively. ACTIONS: Copley invested $4.5MM of growth capital into Madwire, which was used to hire additional salespeople, develop additional products and expand their marketing efforts. Additionally, Copley made several key introductions to customers as well as spearheaded significant business development projects, including the development of Madwire’s franchise partnership program. RESULT: Madwire has achieved significant revenue and profitability growth in the first period of our partnership. They continue to add new customers, expand into new product offerings and capture market share in a growing industry.
