Admission Requirements
To qualify for admission to the University of North Texas, international Freshman students must have a High School diploma with a minimum Grade Point Average equivalent to 2.5 (out of 4). Additionally, applicants must present proof of English language proficiency (TOEFL 79, IELTS 6.5, PTE 53) and proof of sufficient funds to cover first year tuition.

Global Excellence Scholarship
Students who qualify for the UNT Global Excellence Scholarship receive a tuition reduction of US$4,000.- per year, for 4 years (or a total of approx. ₹10 lakh).
To stay eligible for this scholarship students must be enrolled in 5 courses (12 credit hours) per semester and maintain a 3.25 Grade Point Average.
