Supplemental Requirements;
License To Own and Possess Firearm for
Active PNP Personnel;
Renewal of Firearm Registration; and
RCSU LTOPF Process Flow.

3. License To Own and Possess Firearms Rule II, Section 4 of RA 10591
A written authority granted by the Chief, PNP through Chief, FEO to a qualified individual to own and possess a firearm in accordance with the law.
Rule II, Section 4 of RA 10591
Standard Requisites for Issuance of and Obtaining a LTOPF
Filipino Citizen;
Twenty One (21) Years Old; and
Gainful work or business.

4. License To Own and Possess Firearms
SUPPLEMENTAL OPTIONS ON LTOPF REQUIREMENTS
2 copies of Application Form (Notarized).
DI Clearance or City Police Clearance or Municipal Police Clearance.
RTC and MTC or NBI Clearance.
Drug Test Result from PNP Crime Laboratory (CL) or accredited drug testing centers in areas where there are no PNP CL.
NP Clearance from PNP Health Service (HS).
NSO Birth Certificate or any of the following:
Passport; or
DFA Certificates of Filipino Citizenship; or
Oath of Allegiance/Certificate of Registration from BID for Dual Citizens; or
Birth Certificate from the Local Civil Registry.

5. License To Own and Possess Firearms
Certificate of Gun Safety and Responsible Gun Ownership Seminar
administered by the PNP.
8. One (1) Valid Government ID.
9. Proof of billing in the name of the applicant or any of the following:
a. Proof of Billing in the name of the spouse coupled with Marriage Contract; or
b. Barangay Clearance for LTOPF purpose.
10. Proof of Income – or any of the following:
a. Pay Slip; or
b. Income Tax Return (ITR); or
c. W2 for Government or 2316 Form for Civilian; or
d. Certificate of Pension; or
e. Bank Certificate of Deposit; or
f. Land Title or Certification from Barangay Chairman & COP for proof of
livelihood(for farmers only); or
g. Other documents that may prove source of income
Note: Renewal of LTOPF (1-5) with copy of expired LTOPF

6. License To Own and Possess Firearms
LTOPF for Active PNP personnel

NP clearance with OR

Renewal of Firearm Registration
