Ensure that deadlines are respected
Assignment/proposal of speakers
Make sure that all partners are well represented
Take into account possible lack of funding
Encourage and prioritize active people

Czech+Slovak ATLAS Meeting: 2-3 June 2016: Ivan will give an overview of ALTAS MC’s in Sk+Cz, can include a broader picture
LHCP 2016: June, Lund, Sweden - Kate to discuss tomorrow, HP invited for a talk and panel discussion (LHCP 2017 in May, Shanghai, China)
ICNFP, 6-14 July, Crete - Marge invited “speaker”, abstracts until May 30th, 2016.
WCPE 2016, July, Rio de Janeiro RJ, Brazil - Uta asked to present MC’s by LOC
Hands-on Science 2016: July, Brno (Czech Rep.), abstracts until June 6th
ESOF 2016, July, Manchester, UK - HP wrote a proposal for a panel discussion on “Uniting and Advancing Particles - engaging high-school students in PP worldwide”, but was not accepted as was perceived as too much specialized (next: Toulouse 2018)
