Make development plan after received PO, offer tooling make schedule
Update plan weekly(supply pictures for main steel, slide, lifter, mold base…)
Part Design Review
1. Super Rapid check 3D drawing to review the Design is feasibility.
2. DFM provide.
Before FOT
Engraving and surface finishing applied on parts.
Tool maker must following customer’s design, if there something need to be changed, need to confirm with customer first.
Dimension report will be consisted after sample finished.

2. FOT Quality requirement Dimension
Product’s shape and structure must fully meet 3D product data
Critical dimension should be in spec.
Visual Quality
No serious unacceptable defect on visual surface, like sink mark, flow mark, welding line etc., no unacceptable flash on main parting surface
Whole aesthetic quality (visible surfaces’ quality) is OK
Process
. Molding process should be optimized.
Molding process parameters can be provided.
Cycle time meet target.

3. FOT delivery : 10 shots of FOT samples+3 shots of runner (all color)
FOT Measurement report :
FAI report for main color
FOT mold trial report .
