Legislators
- Design directive for reparability/remanufacturability
- Encourage Administration to procure Made-New-Again and review taxation
- Remanufacturing must have priority over Recycling

Manufacturers
- Original Manufacturers must make repair information available
- OE manufacturers must operate remanufacturing and not only recycling and offer reman products in their selling networks
- Together with universities and their own engineering remanufacturers must elevate remanufacturing to higher technical levels

- Users must first consider remanufactured products before acquiring new products
- Users must challenge their suppliers to offer remanufactured products
- Consumers must change their life style instead of discarding products consider make-new-again alternatives
