Straw-bale construction is an interesting type of house. This type of house would be affordable who live where straw grows and poor people. For health and safety reasons this type of house would be good in a place like a farm, but not in a place like a city. It would meet human needs in a place that has hot or cold weather. It would help to protect the environment because its environmentally friendly. There would not be a lot of laws constraining the building of these homes because its environmentally friendly and cheap.  Straw-bale houses

Insulated Concrete Form is an interesting type of house. This type of house would be affordable for people who are rich .  For health and safety reasons, this type of house would be good in a place that has tornadoes and hurricanes. In Baltimore, people in our everyday life need technology because in today's society everything runs off of technology. If construction engineers didn’t know any thing about technology we would have the structures that have now to operate our lifes  For example, Railroads- need them to transport supplies by train Highways- transportation from state to state or different areas of the city Bridges- to get across bigger bodies of water Airports- to travel from state to state by air Utilities- to supply us with materials to power vehicles Knowledge of technology and its importance.
