Challenges: Management commitment: Good; the DG and all directors involved. Training / understanding: ARSN staff trained. SARIS is now well understood by ARSN staff Personnel: Personnel of other organizations linked to ARSN trough MOU to be trained. Time: ARSN managed sufficient time for the training of its personnel on SARIS. Difficulty to manage suitable time table with other organizations . Technical (software, question-sets, etc.): No difficulty so far identified with the software and question-set. English language is a concern for many persons (out of ARSN) since Senegal is a French speaking country. External (i.e. cooperation from other organizations, etc.): Cooperation with customs, Fireman Gendarmerie: difficult to have suitable timetable convenient for all for training and (later) performing the self assessment.
